Juventus Keen on Sassuolo Talent, Move Unlikely

Young Italian sensation Giacomo Raspadori hit new heights last season as bagged in 6 goals from 28 appearances for the Neroverdi. He is now in the spotlight of few of the Italian elite with Juventus in particular interested in his services, according to Calciomercato.

Having been forced to deal with the loss of their star striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who completed a surprise move to Manchester United, the Bianconeri are keen to bolster their attacking options and even more so after starting the post-Ronaldo era with a 1-0 loss against Empoli in Serie A.

Sassuolo are not keen to part ways with their talent, who has started this season impressively with one goal in two games for the club. He feels that the move is too soon for him and expects to develop further as a marksman in Sassuolo’s ranks before undertaking a high-profile transfer.

He has a transfermarkt value of €15m.

Juventus may have to make peace with the arrival of another star in Manuel Locatelli from the Neroverdi.
