Arsenal and Manchester United Battle for Inter Target Dybala

As one of the most in-demand free agents in recent memory, Paulo Dybala has the attention of some of the biggest clubs in world football, and Arsenal and Manchester United have shown interest. Advances with Inter have hit a standstill, taking advantage of which suitors continue to pile up for the Argentine playmaker.

Latest reports from Italian outlet La Repubblica (via Daily Star) indicate that Premier League giants are attempting to hijack Inter’s efforts for the ex-Juventus forward. Both clubs have been in contact with his agent Jorge Antun to explore the possibility of him arriving on English soil.

La Joya has been linked to a number of major outfits over the past season including Atletico Madrid, Tottenham Hotspur, Milan, Napoli, and even Real Madrid.

Inter have failed to keep up the momentum for the forward’s signature despite having offered him an impressive salary of €6M net per season. The Nerazzurri instead shifted their attention to re-signing Romelu Lukaku on a loan deal, pouring cold water on the Dybala saga.

Milan are the other club closely linked with a move for him despite a downgraded contract proposal. Manchester United and Arsenal have only made initial inquiries for Dybala, though. He netted 115 goals in 293 appearances for Juventus.
