Juventus Youngster In the Dark About Shot-Term Future

Fabio Miretti recently extended his contract with Juventus, but he might spend the upcoming season at a different club to play regularly. He talked about it and more to TuttoSport.

“My enthusiasm is the same compared to a year ago after my debut. I perceive the trust of the coach: he gave me minutes and responsibility, and I tried to repay him on the pitch. I appreciate his way of giving advice and also criticism when I don’t do well.”

“My favorite role is box-to-box, so I can play deeper but also between the lines if I want to. Advancing a little is fine too. I’m at the complete disposal of the gaffer and the team. I like to roam on the pitch.”

Miretti addressed his new deal that will run until 2027.

“The renewal is very meaningful because is the continuation of a journey that started many years ago. It’s a source of pride and satisfaction to re-up with such an important team.”

“I can’t say for sure what will happen this summer. We have two games coming up shortly, and we’ll focus on those. The management and I will decide what the best option for the upcoming season is after returning from the United States. We’ll see in a few weeks. I’m serene. Some teams are indeed interested. We’ll make the call in August.”
