Roma ‘prisoner’ Tammy Abraham is keen to halt his three-year stint at Roma and link up with their fellow Serie A rivals Milan. Amid talks that Rossoneri’s endeavor to sign the ex-Chelsea striker is gaining momentum, Alfredo Pedulla delivered an update on the player’s situation in Rome.
“Roma has many prisoners. One of them is certainly Tammy Abraham. I try to explain: he, since he realized that Milan could be a possibility, is pushing to go,” Pedulla stated, as relayed by Radio Rossonera.
New Milan manager Paulo Fonseca has specifically requested Abraham’s arrival. Despite closing in on the signing of Alvaro Morata, the Serie A runners-up are still in the market for another center-forward. Abraham’s career at Roma hasn’t gone to plan, yet Fonseca is willing to bet on him.
