Federico Pastorello has confirmed his client Francesco Acerbi’s plans ahead of next season. Acerbi, who is currently experiencing a successful loan stint at Inter, is expected to return to Lazio, but according to the Italian agent, he could very well stay in Milan.
In an exclusive interview with DAZN (via FCInterNews), Pastorello dished on the future of Acerbi, whose loan transfer to Lazio he deemed to be a matter of urgency.
“Acerbi has a contract with Lazio. He’s on loan with the right to buy – hastily fixed given that it was in the last hours of the transfer market and he will have to be re-discussed because it is probably an incorrect parameter. I think the player’s will is very clear, and that is to stay at Inter. And the absence of a technical project for Acerbi by Lazio is equally clear. I hope that with a little common sense we can find an agreement that can satisfy both companies.”
Pastorello also spoke about Stefan De Vrij’s potential stay at Inter after recurrent reports about his exit.
“De Vrij’s contract is about to expire and any renewals will be dealt with at the end of his sporting commitments, also due to the will of the footballer who is 100% focused on Istanbul.”
