Al Ahli Seek to Sway Manchester United Target Amrabat

Fiorentina have already resigned to losing Sofyan Amrbat, but the Moroccan’s destination is still a mystery following a deadlock in negotiations with Manchester United. The Red Devils have been unable to direct full attention towards Amrabat, especially with the ongoing Rasmus Hojlund saga in the works, but could soon lose face competition for the Morocco international.

Latest information from L’Equipe indicates that Saudi Arabian outfit Al Ahli are seemingly motivated to hijack United’s attempt to sign Amrabat. Having already signed the likes of Riyad Mahrez, Allan Saint-Maximin, Edouard Mendy and Roberto Firmino, the Jeddah-based outfit are keen on further bolstering their squad.

Amrabat has the Manchester giants on his mind, but an inflated offer by Al Ahli has all the potential to sway the momentum in favor of a move to the Middle East.

Fiorentina are ready to accept the Premier League giants’ bid of €35M, but a heightened offer from Saudi Arabia is expected to fall into the lap of the Viola.
