Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has shared his thoughts about new club signing Arkadiusz Milik and soon-to-arrive Leandro Paredes. The Bianconeri are in line to take on Jose Mourinho’s Roma at the Allianz Stadium next.
Speaking to the press in his pre-match conference (via Tuttomercatoweb), Allegri threw light upon the encounter, also taking the time to talk about Paredes’ potential arrival.
“Only the results will tell, to be stronger we have to improve the position in the standings of last season. Paredes has not arrived yet and I do not know if he will arrive, we have to concentrate on the race.”
Juventus signed Milik on loan from Marseille, and Allegri thinks he can gel well with main man Dusan Vlahovic.
“I am very happy for Milik, he has impressive numbers and strengthens the attack. As far as characteristics, he is a player who prefers to meet you in the middle and can also play with Vlahovic.”
Allegri has 30 players at his disposal at the moment, with 26.3 being the team’s average age.
