Allegri Provides Update on Squad Ahead of Verona

Prior to the Bianconeri facing Verona tomorrow evening away from home at the Marcantonio Bentegodi stadium, Juventus boss Allegri provided an update regarding his squad.

Since the start of the campaign, the Old Lady’s medical table has been restless as Allegri’s side suffered an endless amount of injuries.

However, following the Bianconeri’s impressive 2-0 victory over Inter at the Allianz over the weekend, it seems that the Serie A giants have reached the point of inflection within their campaign as they have receiived a significant bolster within their squad after moving two points short of a top-four spot.

While speaking to the media, as relayed by Tuttomercatoweb, The Tuscan tactician touched upon the availability of several of his star players ahead of the fixture against the Gialloblu:

“Perin plays tomorrow, because Szczesny has played 12 in a row. The safe recoveries are Paredes and Kean, but they don’t necessarily play. I will evaluate Di Maria but he hardly has 90 minutes in his legs. Vlahovic, McKennie and Chiesa to be evaluated today.”
