Another Juventus Prodigy on His Way to Frosinone

Juventus and Frosinone have sped up the talks for the transfer of Dean Huijsen, who will join the Ciociari in the early days of January. They beat the competition of a few foreign teams, for instance, Granada, Anderlecht, Young Boys, and Newcastle United, some of which wanted him on loan with an option to buy, Sky informs.

Instead, the Dutchman, who has made one appearance with the Bianconeri’s first team, will go out on a simple temporary spell with no strings attached. He’ll head back to Turin at the end of the campaign. He’ll depart as their Next Gen squad hasn’t been very competitive so far.

Frosinone president Maurizio Stirpe almost confirmed the arrival of Huijsen from Juventus in an interview with TuttoSport (via Calciomercato).

“Our relationship with them has always been good, but it had never led to a partnership of this level and importance. We signed three talents thanks to our reliability, and they are faring very well. We’re doing a good job, and I’m confident this rapport is destined to get stronger in the future.”

“I’d sign many of their youngsters, as they have few more raw gems. We like this kind of work, and we can do it well. Our agreement to valorize their loanees lasts until the end of the season. I don’t have different indications at this stage.”

Stirpe rejoiced for the stunning win over Napoli.

“I haven’t fully realized what happened yet. It was a crescendo of exposure. I was at the stadium, and it was a big emotion. I was proud.”
