Premier League title hopefuls Arsenal could reportedly lodge an audacious January offer for Juventus talisman Dusan Vlahovic. According to Calciomercato, the Gunners are ready to test the waters this winter despite receiving indications the Serbia international won’t leave Turin.
Vlahovic will lead the line when Juventus take on Lazio in a mouth-watering Serie A fixture late this evening. After three consecutive league outings without a goal, the former Fiorentina striker has netted three in his last two appearances, taking his seasonal tally to seven in nine matches.
The 24-year-old’s decent-looking start to life under Thiago Motta has reinstated him among Europe’s elite forwards. Therefore, the ex-Bologna manager has no intention of letting his most prolific player leave, especially in the middle of the season. The feeling is mutual.
