The list of Serie A departures to Saudi Arabia is unlikely to mellow down anytime soon. From Marcelo Brozovic to Sergej Milinkovic-Savic, two have already made the move, and a third is potentially on the horizon. Sassuolo icon Domenico Berardi could complete a shock transfer to the Kingdom by beating the likes of Milan, Lazio and Juventus.
As per latest reports from Libero (via SassuoloNews), Berardi has given the green light to evaluate Al-Nassr’s proposal, which is expected to arrive in Emilia-Romagna by the end of the week. The Neroverdi attacker could soon join Cristiano Ronaldo and Brozovic in Riyadh to star for the capital club.

The 28-year-old has been linked strongly with a transfer to either the Biancocelesti or Bianconeri this summer, but neither have so far materialized a bid that would impress Giovanni Carnevali.

Al-Nassr have tabled an initial €15M for Berardi, a fee deemed low by the Neroverdi. However, they are expected to almost double that in the next offer, perhaps reaching the asking price of around the €30M mark.
Berardi could join the likes of stars like Ruben Neves, Edouard Mendy, N’Golo Kante, Kalidou Koulibaly and Jota, among others in Saudi.
