New Napoli signing Natan has been praised for being an example to teammates at his former club. Red Bull Bragantino coach Pedro Caixinha coached the 22-year-old defender for one season, and the center-back’s development showed no signs of slowing down.
Speaking on a personal note on media (via Tuttomercatoweb), Caixinha thanked Natan for giving him his all and contributing to Bragantino’s on-field developments.
“We have to thank him on behalf of all the staff, he gave us everything until the last day. Also on Sunday he would have liked to play, despite the fact that everything was already done with his new club. It’s not something for everyone, it’s love for his work and for the team. From the first to the last day, he was an example for everyone.”

Natan looks set to rise within not only Napoli’s ranks in the coming months but also star for the Brazil national team in the near future. He joins Amir Rrahmani, Juan Jesus, and Leo Ostigard as the fourth Partenopei central defender.
