Unfortunately for Napoli fans, yet another one of their major stars has tested positive for Covid-19.
The club’s Twitter account has announced on Friday that Kalidou Koulibaly had caught the virus. Thankfully, the official statement mentioned that the Senegalese is asymptomatic, and will therefore begin his isolation period.
The news comes just few days after the return of two other key Partenopei players, Fabian Ruiz and Victor Osimhen who remained out of action for several months.
Faouzi Ghoulam is another Napoli player who recently tested positive, so hopefully this won’t be the beginning of a Covid-19 outbreak at the Southern club.
