Bursaspor Chief Reveals Inter and Roma Interest in Turkey Talent

Inter are on the hunt to bolster their squad with a teenage talent from Turkey. As relayed by Bursaspor president Mehmet Zahid Yanar, the Nerazzurri are interested in Tughan Yildiz – a class of 2006 talent who has impressed top clubs keeping an eye out on him. Interestingly, the 16-year-old starlet has already had a tryout with the black and blue divide of Milan.

Speaking to FCInterNews in an exclusive interview, the Turkish club chief revealed how Inter are not the only team on the trail of Yildiz.

“In the last few days Tughan Yildiz has been in Italy to take part in a training camp with Inter, but also to another with Roma. Now he’s back in Turkey, we’ll see if both clubs continue to show interest in the player. Parma is also watching over him, given that this month he will also be viewed by the Emilians”.

The CEO then shed light on the young talent’s best features and his scope for improvement.

“We’re talking about an attacking midfielder. When he has the ball at his feet, he immediately looks for the mark. He has the potential to become a top player. But he’s only 16, so he needs to improve especially in the physique and defensive parts of his game.”

Yanar was also quizzed whether Inter and Genoa have eyed another striker in Eren Guler.

“I’m just saying that we’re talking about a player who suffered a serious injury this year at the start of the season, missing a large part of the year. But let’s talk about an excellent player, I’m sure that in the future we will see him defending the jersey of a big European team.”
