Calciomercato Reveal Juventus ‘Dream’ Summer Target

A certain Manchester United regista is Juventus’ chief transfer target ahead of the 2022/23 season. He spent four seasons in Turin – from 2012 to 2016 – where he etched himself as a fan favorite with 8 titles under his belt.

Paul Pogba sees his contract expire at the end of the current season and is yet to notch down an extension deal with the English giants, which looks highly unlikely as the season finale approaches.

The report by Calciomercato reveals that Pogba is Juventus’ ‘dream’ signing. The French World Cup winner’s potential onboarding will see him placed alongside Manuel Locatelli and Denis Zakaria – a trio capable of inciting fear into any top team. However, his wage demands might prove to be a hurdle for the Italians to overcome.

Pogba was linked to Real Madrid earlier in the season but Juventus have always maintained interest in bringing their former star back lead the midfield line.

Pogba moved to the Red Devils in the summer of 2016, breaking Gareth Bale’s world record transfer move from Tottenham Hotspur to Real Madrid two years earlier. He has made 219 appearances for the Old Trafford natives since then.

The Frenchman scored 34 goals in 178 caps for the Bianconeri across four campaigns.
