Club Brugge are not happy with the latest Milan offer for their star talent Charles De Ketelaere. The Rossoneri proposed a deal for €28M plus €3M in potential performance-based bonuses, but the Belgian giants are hesitant to signal the green light without receiving more.

The latest Tuttosport report indicates that the Jupiler Pro League outfit wants at least €5M more for the deal to materialize, sticking to their original €30M valuation of the forward.
Despite Milan making slow advances, it is understood that technical director Paolo Maldini and sporting director Ricky Massara will relaunch a bid for De Ketelaere by the end of the week that is expected to reach up to approximately €35M, including bonuses. Leeds United are also keen on him.
The 21-year-old was not in the squad for Bruges’ pre-season friendly against Copenhagen last week, but he surprised everyone yesterday by starring for 45 minutes against FC Utrecht. The youngster managed to feed an assist for Noa Lang and even forced an own goal in a 4-2 victory. There is increased confidence among the Rossoneri management and faithful regarding a deal being struck sometime next week. The Scudetto winners have reportedly come to terms with the players on his contract.
