The Cult of Calcio is looking for contributors!
We cover the Italian Serie A and its clubs’ performance in Europe, the Italian selection and everything related to football in the Belpaese, as well as the best of international football.
We use an easygoing and informal writing style, and we like to look at the “epic” side of the beautiful game. We do understand modern football and its need to evolve, but always keep an eye to tradition and we like to spice up our stories with a romantic and nostalgic flavor.
To scale up our operations and reach, we are looking for young freelance writers with a passion for football and potentially interested in taking a more active role in the evolution of our online magazine.
All we request is fluency in English with advanced writing skills, and a good knowledge of (but moreover, passion for) Italian football. We welcome creative, proactive, and dynamic freelancers willing to come up with their own ideas and proposals.
Our project is still in the early stages, but we are ambitious and want to move fast.
