Daniele De Rossi has decided to switch up his representative, going from Alessandro Lucci to Fali Ramadani. The choice has fueled the chatter about his potential return to Roma. His agency, the Lian Sports Group, has an excellent relationship with Giallorossi director Florent Ghisolfi, Ansa reports.
A few other coaches like Maurizio Sarri, Paul Clement, Roberto D’Aversa, Gabriele Cioffi, and Luca Gotti are among the clients. They negotiated the potential transfers of Federico Chiesa, Jeremie Boga, and Luka Jovic to the Italian capital in the summer, which didn’t come to fruition.
According to Adnkronos, the move should help De Rossi find a landing spot abroad. Ramadani has strong connections in England and France. The former midfielder has always been fascinated by the idea of coaching in the Premier League.
The club icon is under contract with Roma until 2027. He’ll make €9M net and would obviously need to come to terms on a rescission if he were to take over another side. As per the rulebook, he can only manage the Giallorossi in Serie A this season, while he’s completely free to choose as far as foreign teams are concerned.

It’d be about time for the Italian league to tweak the bylaws and allow coaches that have been fired early to go to another team. Serie B implemented it last season with a fairly reasonable deadline. It’s beginning to look a big game of chicken between him and his former team.
