Empoli and Napoli will square off in less than an hour at the Stadio Carlo Castellani. The last time the two teams met was in December when the Azzurri had their last victory in the championship. Empoli have not won in months, but despite the bad moment they are still away from the relegation zone. The Partenopei, on the other hand, come from one loss and one tie in the last two games which almost put an end on the Scudetto dream.
Luciano Spalletti will have to do without Kalidou Koulibaly who will not play because of one-match suspension and Giovanni Di Lorenzo, Stanislav Lobotka, Eljif Elmas and Faouzi Ghoulam because of injuries.
Aurelio Andreazzoli will not count on Lorenzo Tonelli, Nicolas Haas and Riccardo Marchizza due to injury.
