Europa League Winner Hauge: “My Season is Complete When Milan Win the Scudetto”

Europa League winner Jens Petter Hauge says that the Serie A season is not ‘complete’ until Milan win the Scudetto title.

The Norwegian winger is far from satisfied despite his side Eintracht Frankfurt beating Rangers on penalties, and wants his parent club to grab the league championship on the final matchday against Sassuolo.

The forward was interviewed by Viaplay (via MilanNews) after winning the continental title, and he believes his campaign is far from over despite Frankfurt playing out all their matches of the season.

“My season is not complete. If Milan win the Scudetto on Sunday then it will be complete,” said Hauge.

Milan only need to avoid a defeat against the Neroverdi in order to secure a first league title since 2010/11. The Rossoneri’s fate is in their own hands, as city rivals Inter sit just two points behind the league leaders.

Hauge is on loan at Frankfurt with an obligation to buy. He has 3 goals in 37 appearances for Die Adler this season, before which he capped 24 times for Milan, scoring 5 goals in the process.
