Fiorentina have onboarded just one player, albeit a high-profile one, this summer transfer window. The work of the Viola management to lure Fabiano Parisi from Empoli has been lauded, and the club could soon find their hands on yet another promising talent – this time from Argentina.
As per Radio La Red (via Tuttomercatoweb), 2003-born midfielder Iganico Miramon has caught the attention of Viola scouts. The Gimnasia La Plata trequartista, who was promoted to the first team back in August 2020 under the guidance of the legendary Diego Maradona, dons the number five jersey and is expected to soon make his way to the senior national team.

Miramon was part of the Argentina U20 team that was knocked out of the 2023 U20 FIFA World Cup at the hands of Nigeria in the Round of 16 stage.
Viola technical director Nicolas Burdisso is reportedly keeping tabs on Miramon, closely following his development at every stage. However, he will have to act fast in order to beat the likes of fellow European teams such as Belgian duo KVC Westerlo and Club Brugge.
