Fiorentina Expect United to Soon Table Amrabat Offer

Sofyan Amrabat has asked to leave Fiorentina, with a move to Manchester United the most probable scenario. The Red Devils have been eyeing the Morocco international for quite a while now, carrying out initial talks with the player’s entourage and Fiorentina.

As per latest reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport, Amrabat has completely opened the door to his exit from the Viola, and the ball lies in United’s court to make an offer. Rocco Commisso does not intend to accept anything less than €30M for Amrabat, having placed a €35M price tag on the midfielder’s head.

Manchester United, however, will have to divert attention from La Liga giants Barcelona and Atletico Madrid to win over Amrabat from Fiorentina. A formal offer is expected to fall into the Florence outfit’s coffers by the end of the week. Amrabat possesses a strong link with United manager Erik Ten Hag, who handed him his debut at Dutch side Utrecht.

Bologna’s Nicolas Dominguez has been prioritized by the Florentines to succeed Amrabat in the middle of the field, while Gianluca Di Marzio (via ViolaNews) has linked Juventus outcast Arthur, who spent last season at Liverpool, to arrive at the Franchi.
