Frosinone Execute Back-to-Back Transfers with Sassuolo

Frosinone have kept themselves busy in the transfer market, and Eusebio Di Francesco is ready to lead the Canarini into Serie A with a remodeled squad after the departure of Fabio Grosso. The newly-promoted Serie B winners have successfully executed four transfers with Sassuolo, including one departure and three arrivals.

The Neroverdi have lured Daniel Boloca from Frosinone, with the Serie B title-winning protagonist moving on a permanent deal. Sassuolo have reportedly paid €6M for the central midfielder, who was once part of the Juventus Primavera system.

Meanwhile, Frosinone have executed the definitive transfers of midfielder Abdou Harroui and center-back Riccardo Marchizza, whereas goalkeeper Stefano Turati arrives on loan from the Neroverdi to join Thomas Vettorel. It remains to be seen who Di Francesco will hand the responsibility of manning the posts.

The Italian minnows are seemingly not yet done in the market, with the potential free transfer of ex-Milan and Arsenal defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos from Olympiacos also awaiting confirmation.
