Giroud and Milan Set to Continue Affair Until 2024

Olivier Giroud is relishing his stay at Milan and does not see himself leaving the club anytime soon. Negotiations for a contract extension are underway at Milanello, led the player’s entourage Vincenzo Morabito and Michael Manuello, and Rossoneri management.

As per latest developments via Calciomercato, the summit was defined as ‘very positive’, in which the economic distance between supply and demand has narrowed. A verbal agreement is in the picture between the two parties.

Giroud will reportedly bag €3.8M net per season plus bonuses, with a renewal that will extend his stay until the summer of 2024. Confirmation is expected to arrive no later than two weeks, before the Rossoneri meet Napoli in the UEFA Champions League.

The Frenchman has proved important since his arrival from Chelsea two seasons ago, playing a key role in helping Stefano Pioli’s side win the Scudetto last campaign.
