Inter have found the young defender they were looking for to shore up their defense, Aarhus’ Yann Bisseck. It’s just a matter of time before he joins. The Nerazzurri will activate his €7M clause. They have to wait for the end of the U-21 European Championship to put the finishing touches on the acquisition. He’s captaining Germany during the youth competition.
Per SportMediaset, the Italian club and the player’s representatives have ironed out all details. There was no need to haggle with the Danish outfit given the situation. The fee will be paid in two installments.
Bisseck will ink a five-year contract with Inter and earn around €1M annually at first. He’ll take the medicals in mid-July if his team goes all the way during the tournament currently taking place in Romania and Georgia. He debuted in Bundesliga at a very young age, but then his rise was derailed. He had to go through a few loan spells to get his career back on track.
