With the winter transfer window fast approaching, Inter are running around in search of a replacement for Denzel Dumfries, if the Dutchman does end up moving. Dumfries played an important role in The Netherlands’ run to the 2022 World Cup quarter-finals, elevating his market value and interest among top European guns.
According to Tuttosport (via FCInterNews), Bayern Munich and Premier League trio Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea ad Manchester United are eager to sign the Holland wingback, who is valued at €50-60M by the Nerazzurri.
Fabrizio Romano: “Chelsea will explore the right backs market, but as of now there’s still nothing advanced.
“Chelsea’s current focus is on the Benoit Badiashile deal. Denzel Dumfries was already in the list in the summer, but as of now Inter have not received any approach."

With heightened interest, Inter are already manifesting their attention towards other wingbacks. Torino’s Wilfried Singo, Club Brugge’s Tajon Buchanan and Tottenham’s Emerson Royal are all potential contenders to arrive at the Meazza if Dumfries ends up leaving.

His agent Rafaela Pimenta recent commented she hopes the Dutch player’s value does not increase, because if it does, it will certainly be difficult to open up avenues to leave Inter, according to her.
