FIFA has instituted a new brief transfer window that will be valid for every team but will benefit in particular those that play in the Club World Cup. The modification will have to be ratified by the Football Association in each country. Moreover, the participants will be able to replace players in their lists only from June 27th to July 3rd. The international body has decided not to apply special rules to the contracts, which generally last until June 30th and will thus expire in the middle of the tournament. There are over 50 cases in the 32 clubs. The same goes for those returning from loans, who could be late additions.
