Inter and Milan Reject Opportunity to Sign Paris Saint-Germain Star

Both Milan giants have been blessed with the opportunity to sign one of modern football’s most underrated players.

Paris Saint-Germain ace Angel Di Maria runs out his contract at the end of the current season and is one of the many top players up for a free transfer.

According to reports from Rome-based La Repubblica (via SempreInter & SempreMilan), both Inter and Milan have been offered the chance to sign the former Real Madrid winger. Di Maria has not yet struck a contract extension deal at the French capital – casting doubts over his future with the Parisians.

However, contrasting reports from French media over the past month or so indicate that he might just extend his stay at PSG for one more year.

Having been offered by his representatives, Inter are already said to have rejected the opportunity to sign him, and Milan have a similar stance regarding the offer. Both the Nerazzurri and the Rossoneri do not place the offer in priority.

The latter have already been linked to the Argentine previously, several years before.

El Fideo moved to Paris in 2015, after a disappointing spell at Old Trafford with Manchester United. He presently possesses the record of being the highest assist provider in the club’s history, having broken Safet Susic’s record of 103 assists in last season’s Coupe de France final against Monaco.
