According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Alba was offered on loan to Inter, with 60% of his salary being agreed to be paid by the Blaugrana. However, the Nerazzurri are least interested in onboarding the 33-year-old defender. The report also mentions that the deal would have made sense if Robin Gosens found an exit from the club’s ranks. Bayer Leverkusen didn’t advance beyond their loan offer, and a deal never materialized.
