Inter Interested in Swap Deal Including Pinamonti for Sassuolo Striker

Inter undoubtedly have Gianluca Scamacca on the top of their wishlist to arrive into the frontline. The 1999-born striker is preparing for life after Sassuolo, having already garnered heightened interest from several top Italian and European clubs.

36-year-old Edin Dzeko is in the latter stages of his career, whereas the future of Lautaro Martinez is still up in the air with Arsenal and several other European topdogs on his trail. With that in mind, Inter are spearheading the race for Scamacca.

Inter would need to shell out €40-45m at the least to lure the 23-year-old prodigy. However, according to reports from Tuttosport (via FCInter1908), Inter are confident of including Empoli loanee Andrea Pinamonti in the deal.

23-year-old Pinamonti could experience yet another loan season at Sassuolo, with a return to Inter quite possible in the future. The youngster is keen on developing further into a valuable striker and a future at Inter might just be possible.

Scamacca only just returned from a loan deal back to the Neroverdi from Genoa. He has 16 goals in 40 appearances for Sassuolo in his two seasons so far, that was filled with loan spells at Cremonese, PEC Zwolle, Ascoli and Genoa.
