Apart from the saga brewing over Milan Skriniar, Inter are also keeping close eye on other proceedings. Nerazzurri-owned striker Samuele Mulattieri, who is currently on loan at Serie B club Frosinone, could soon leave, as two top-flight teams are trailing him.
As per latest information from La Gazzetta dello Sport (via FCInter1908), Udinese and Empoli want to sign the 22-year-old forward before the January transfer window shuts close next week. The Inter management have mulled over whether or not to activate Mulattieri’s buyback clause which currently stands at €4.5M.

Frosinone have the option to buy him on a permanent basis at the end of the season. However, that looks unlikely as interest for him from Serie A builds.
Mulattieri has proved fruitful for the Serie B outfit this season, scoring 6 goals and registering 4 assists in 21 appearances across all competitions. Frosinone currently sit atop Serie B standings with 45 points and are in line to secure promotion come May, which might prove instrumental in keeping hold of Mulattieri going forward.
