Inter Face Race Against Time to Meet Dybala Deadline

Paulo Dybala and Inter are at an impasse, as both parties are yet to come to an official agreement despite getting into cohorts verbally, partly because the team needs to offload Alexis Sanchez first.

The Nerazzurri are battling with the task of reducing their wage bill by hacking down their large 33-man squad, and the exit of the Chilean striker will accelerate the chase for the highly-rated Argentine.

According to Chilean outlet En Cancha, Dybala’s arrival on a Bosman deal depends largely on the departure of El Nino Maravilla from the club’s ranks. The former Juventus star has thereby reportedly set a deadline by which he expects the Nerazzurri to finalize a deal for him – July 20th.

Failing to do so, the Inter target will listen to offer from other Azzurri clubs, including Roma and Napoli – two clubs that have been following proceedings closely. Manchester United and Arsenal have also displayed interest in La Joya’s services.

As one of Inter’s highest-paid players, having one more year on his contract, the exit of the veteran is of utmost importance in order to make space for a potential newcomer in the team, as it is virtually impossible to have both of their demands met together.

It is understood that the Nerazzurri need to compensate the former Barcelona striker in the range of €1M to unlock his exit.
