Inter veteran Arturo Vidal has received transfer interest from Turkish giants Galatasaray, who are now one among the four suitors interested in the Chilean.

Galatasaray Express Interest in Inter Veteran Vidal

Arturo Vidal is one of the first names on the Nerazzurri exit list this summer, and Galatasaray are the latest team eyeing him. The Chile midfielder looks set to leave Giuseppe Meazza considering that his contract includes a clause to terminate it by paying a severance package.

The former Juventus center-half was linked heavily with a move to Brazilian outfit Flamengo last month, but it soon broke down due to the club finding the midfielder ‘expensive’ to manage.

With that in the background now, Galatasaray have joined the transfer race for Vidal, according to reports from Chilean broadcaster ADN Deportes (via FCInterNews). The Turkish giants are now one among the four suitors interested in the Chilean, with the others being Boca Juniors and MLS side Inter Miami.

The Istanbul outfit are ready to make a substantial financial offer that is touted to match his current earnings at Inter. 35-year-old Vidal’s free transfer means that Inter would be one step closer to achieving their summer target of reducing the club’s wage bill by downsizing their 25-man squad as they prepare to onboard Paulo Dybala, Romelu Lukaku, and Gleison Bremer this summer window. They are slated to add two midfielders in Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Kristjan Asllani.
