Inter Start Lining Up Replacements for Hakimi and Perisic on the Wings

Inter have yet to accept any offer for Achraf Hakimi and Ivan Perisic, but they are already looking at possible options to fill the voids on the flanks. The agents of Emerson Royal were spotted at their headquarters yesterday. Plus, they have been linked to Eintracht Frankfurt’s Filip Kostic and Real Madrid’s Alvaro Odriozola.

Barcelona have just bought Emerson Royal back from Real Betis for €9M. The 22-year-old fullback has tallied five goals and ten assists in 79 appearances over the last three seasons with the Heliopolitans. While he is keen on staying with the Blaugrana, the management could be tempted to cash in right away if they received a €20/25M bid, SportMediaset reports.

Filip Kostic has been productive over the last three campaigns in Bundesliga, scoring 26 times and providing 48 assists. He would like to move to a bigger club this summer, and he too has a €20/25M price tag. Sky Sport Deutschland indicates. According to Onda Cero, Odriozola is not in the plans of Carlo Ancelotti, who prefers other options for the role, and has drawn interest from the two Milan-based clubs.

Inter are set to reinvest part of the sum received for Hakimi, for whom they continue to ask more than €70M. While Chelsea have some players that could entice them, but they would rather get only cash and negotiate the additions separately. PSG were the first to approach the Nerazzurri for the Moroccan ace. Real Madrid have the right to match any offer as part of last year’s sale, leaving the choice up to the player, Tuttomercatoweb reports.
