Not just Rasmus Hojlund, but Duvan Zapata is also ready to leave Atalanta in the summer if the right offer comes along. Gian Piero Gasperini has reportedly given up on the Colombian striker, who has been a mainstay for the Atalanta frontline for the past five years.

As per latest reports by Fanatik (via Tuttomercatoweb), Turkish giants Trabzonspor are keenly following Zapata as a solid addition this summer. A proposal is expected to arrive from Turkey into the coffers of the Bergamo outfit soon enough. However, Trabzonspor are not the only team interested in Zapata, with Fiorentina and Inter also reportedly in line to make a move.

Zapata has been instrumental in La Dea’s recent resurgence amongst the Serie A elite, thanks to his 81 strikes in 189 appearances since joining the club on loan in 2018.

Fernando Schena, The 32-year-old former Napoli, Udinese and Sampdoria forward’s agent revealed earlier in the season that his client’s future looks far from certain at Atalanta. Zapata will see his contract expire at the end of next season.
