Juric Accepts Defeat in Attempting to Keep Bremer

With the Serie A set to come to a close this upcoming weekend, Torino boss Ivan Juric has accepted defeat in attempting to keep Gleison Bremer for an additional year.

As it stands, the Granata have managed to extend the Brazilian pillar’s contract in January until 2024.

However, with the 24 year-old’s magnificent displays attracting the interest of European giants Inter, Tottenham, and Juventus, it is very unlikely that the talented defender would refuse to feature in Champions League football next season.

According to Italian reports via Sempre Inter, the Croatian tactician has admitted that he expects the promising defender to depart Turin: “In defense I think we will lose Bremer, but we have other players.

“There are many things to do, but it can be a great opportunity, we must not look at everything with sadness.

“We can get someone stronger than Brekalo, the only one we won’t get is Bremer. We will look for someone who is close to him.”
