Juventus and Sassuolo have started to converse about the fee for Domenico Berardi. There have been direct contacts between the two clubs after the Bianconeri showed interest. They proposed to do the deal by including one of their youngsters.
According to Alfredo Pedullà, the Neroverdi would rather cash in on their ace entirely instead of getting players in return, even though they are keen on some Bianconeri starlets. They turned down the suggested makeweights, Matias Soulé and Samuel Iling.

The operation is gaining some traction. There’s no doubt Massimiliano Allegri prefers working with highly-productive veterans rather than prospects.
