Juventus have been on a youth development trend in recent years, pushing talented footballers onto the big stage on a regular basis – from Fabio Miretti and Moise Kean to Matias Soule and Nicolò Fagioli. There is another budding name that could very well be a part of the fortunate few to be handed a promotion.
According to Calciomercato, Alessandro Sersanti is highly in contention to be promoted to the first team. The 20-year-old midfielder currently plays for Juve Next Gen in Serie C Group A. He has reportedly been closely observed by Max Allegri and scouts from the first team – for a potential promotion, perhaps after the World Cup during the winter transfer window.

The 2002-born central midfielder is known for his versatility, as he tends he function even as a fullback on the right wing.
He started his playing career with Siena’s youth team, before jumping ship to Grosseto – his home club – before moving to Fiorentina U19. The Bianconeri spotted his talent last year, as he was quickly snapped and ingrained into the Juventus U23 team.
