Juventus have been on a youth development trend in recent years, pushing talented footballers onto the big stage on a regular basis – from Fabio Miretti and Moise Kean to Matias Soule and Nicolò Fagioli. There is another budding name that could very well be a part of the fortunate few to be handed a promotion.
According to Calciomercato, Alessandro Sersanti is highly in contention to be promoted to the first team. The 20-year-old midfielder currently plays for Juve Next Gen in Serie C Group A. He has reportedly been closely observed by Max Allegri and scouts from the first team – for a potential promotion, perhaps after the World Cup during the winter transfer window.
