Juventus and Napoli Keen on Eintracht Frankfurt Star

Juventus and Napoli have laid eyes on Jesper Lindstrom, who’s coming off two solid seasons with Eintracht Frankfurt. The Bianconeri completed two deals with Die Adler last summer, signing Filip Kostic and sending Luca Pellegrini on loan there. The two Italian powerhouses are especially interested because of his versatility.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, he’s well-familiar with 3-4-2-1, a tactic that has become very popular in Serie A. He plays as a no.10 on the right-hand side of the pitch. He used to team up with Daichi Kamada in the hole. That would allow him to play along with Federico Chiesa and Dusan Vlahovic, should they stay.

Juventus and Napoli would have to open their wallet to get Lindstrom because he has a €35M valuation. Per Il Mattino (via Calciomercato), the Azzurri are weighing him as a replacement for Hirving Lozano. He starred on the right wing when the two teams met in the Champions League.

The 23-year-old began his career with Brondby. Afterward, he registered 14 goals and 13 assists in 77 appearances with Eintracht Frankfurt.

Our Take on Juventus, Napoli, and Lindstrom

The plans of the Bianconeri are entirely up in the air until they sell somebody, and whoever it is will determine whom they’ll purchase. If that’s his price tag, chances are he won’t move to Italy.
