Leonardo Bonucci earned his 100th appearance in the Champions League as Juventus ousted Zenit St. Petersburg 1-0, thanks to the only goal of the match via Dejan Kulusevski. Incidentally, he was awarded as the man of the match for his inspiring defensive display on the night.
The centre-back, who has spent the majority of his 18-year professional career in the Bianconeri colours, feels Juventus are returning back to winning ways and that he can reach 150 caps if he maintains his momentum.

“We are coming back, that Juve is coming back,” he exclaimed.
When asked how many more appearances can be expected from him in the continental competition, he commented: “150, we can do it!”
Finally, he gave his opinion on the match played.
“The most important thing are the team objectives: we have shown that with the application and the humility the results arrive and the 1-0 is no coincidence. We start to see the Juve spirit again,” he said.
