Last month, Milan tabled a concrete offer for Metz talent Georges Mikautadze, who took Ligue 2 by storm last season. The Georgian is keen to follow the footsteps of his national compatriot Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, and is expected to join an Italian side, with Juventus now tussling the Rossoneri for his signature.
As per latest reports by Calciomercato, Mikautadze is the crosshairs of the Bianconeri, who are set to compete in Europe next season after grabbing the UEFA Europa Conference League spot. Newly promoted and interim sporting director Giovanni Manna is said to be impressed by the 22-year-old’s attributes.

Allegri is expected to stay at Juventus next season and reportedly wants to decrease the squad’s average age by injecting young blood into the side.
He first took his steps at the Olympique Lyonnais youth system, before finding himself grabbing the spotlight at Metz, where he has developed into a well-rounded forward. Mikautadze registered 24 goals and 9 assists in 40 appearances for Metz, as the east French club narrowly missed out on the Ligue 2 title by three points to Le Havre.
