Juventus in Advanced Talks to Sign Montenegrin Starlet

Juventus are looking for talents to beef up their Next Gen squad, and they have lodged an offer for Vasilije Adzic. They have tendered €2.5M/3M to Buducnost Podgorica. Director Giovanni Manna is handling the negotiation, Gianluca Di Marzio informs.

The prodigy will turn 18 in May and eventually join only in the summer. He has bagged 4 goals and dished 2 assists in 18 matches across all competitions so far this season. His team played in the Champions League and Conference League playoffs. Despite his young age, he was already a regular in the past campaign.

Juventus have gained separation from the other competitors for Adzic, but they need to consider the fact that he’s an extra-EU player. He’d occupy one of the only two slots for that sort of signing.

The Bianconeri are keeping tabs on a few more starlets, La Gazzetta dello Sport relays (via Calciomercato). They are keen on Roony Bardghji, who’s turning heads at Copenhagen, hitting the net 11 times already and impressing on the continental stage, and Jovan Mijatovic. The budding striker plays at Red Star Belgrade and has found the target on four occasions in the Super Liga Srbije.

On top of Adzic and the other attackers, Juventus have expressed interest in Assan Ouedraogo. He’s also a Milan and Inter target. An international bidding war is already underway for him. He’ll have a €12M release clause from May onward.
