Juventus Keen on Two Bundesliga Stars on Expiring Deals

Juventus are keeping tabs on two Bundesliga players that will become free agents in 2023, Ramy Bensebaini and Evan N’Dicka. They have entered the final season on their contracts, and they are unlikely to re-up with their present clubs.

As per Bild (via Tuttomercatoweb), the Bianconeri could try to sign the Algerian international in January. Rather than losing him for nothing, Borussia Moenchengladbach might let him go for a small fee if they realized they have no shot at retaining him. The two clubs concocted the same type of deal for Denis Zakaria last January.

The 27-year-old is also an option for Inter if Robin Gosens doesn’t get going, Eurosport relays. On top of Bensebaini, Juventus are tracking Even N’Dicka, Calciomercato reports. Milan attempted to acquire him last summer, but Eintracht Frankfurt didn’t budge despite his contractual situation.

The Old Lady failed to replace Giorgio Chiellini with a left-footed defender in the previous window. They plan to address the void either in January or at the end of the season. In that sense, they have Fiorentina’s Igor on their radar as well.

Our Take on Juventus Eyeing N’Dicka and Bensebaini

The Bianconeri will most likely part ways with Alex Sandro in 2023, as his deal runs out, so they will be in the hunt for a new flank specialist. A January addition is more unlikely, but you never know. They need to decide whether they prefer a pure fullback or a wingback, depending on the scheme, and what to do with Luca Pellegrini and Andrea Cambiaso, who are currently out on loan. Instead, the French center-back would be a coup both on a free or at a discount price, but the competition will probably be feisty.
