Juventus Player Ratings vs Inter: Kostic Strike Settles Derby d’Italia

In the final fixture from Serie A Round 27, Inter and Juventus clashed heads at the Giuseppe Meazza. The Serbian scored the solitary strike of the encounter while his team held firm at the back. So here are our player ratings for Juventus who celebrate their second Derby d’Italia victory of the season as they prevail over Inter with an unanswered goal.

Gleison Bremer – 7

Another solid performer at the heart of the backline. The Brazilian won the physical duel against Lukaku.

Danilo – 6.5

The Juventus captain made sure that his teammates kept their guard up for the duration of the match. Burst forward on a few occasions to support Kostic on the left flank.

Mattia De Sciglio – 6

A solid if unspectacular display from the wingback who held his own in the duel against Federico Dimarco.

Nicolò Fagioli – 7.5

A fabulous display from the young Italian who showcased talent, composure and technique in what was a true midfield masterclass.

Manuel Locatelli – 7.5

A superb performance from the former Sassuolo man who made a flurry of interventions at the back and won back several balls in the middle of the park, all while helping his side in launching counter attacks.

Adrien Rabiot – 7

The Frenchman’s positive streak continues. He didn’t score this time, but he created the goal almost out of the blue, launching a great run and providing the assist for Kostic.

Filip Kostic – 7.5

Another brilliant showing from the winger against Inter. Caused havoc on the left flank and put Denzel Dumfries in a sea of troubles. Demonstrated his clinical touch with an exquisite shot that left Onana stranded.

Matias Soulé – 6.5

The Argentine youngster will be disappointed with himself for wasting his chance to score, but it was an encouraging display overall. He linked up well with his teammates while operating in the hole.

Dusan Vlahovic – 6

The Serbian bomber still isn’t at his sharpest but he worked hard for his team and had an important role in the buildup for the Juventus goal.
