As Juventus continue their search for an attacking addition to the frontline, a young Ukrainian starlet has appeared on the Italian’s radar for a summer move. Approaches for Angel Di Maria are at a standstill amid Barcelona’s intervention and negotiations for Domenico Berardi haven’t officially begun, and in the midst of burgeoning transfer talk has appeared 21-year-old midfielder Mykhaylo Mudryk.
As per Calciomercato, Juventus have one eye on the up-and-coming attacker, who is gaining all the spotlight for his effective recent performances. Mudryk is known for his versatility in the final-third – capable of functioning on either wing, as a second striker and also in a false nine role in the place of a main striker.
Juventus are interested in Shakhtar Donetsk winger Mykhaylo Mudryk. He’s valued at around €9M.

Having graduated from Shakthar Donetsk’s youth ranks, the class of 2001 made his professional debut aged just 17 back in October 2018. He juggled for game time between the first and youth teams, before ex-Sassuolo manager Roberto de Zerbi came along and announced that it would be a ‘personal defeat’ not to promote him to the top levels soon enough.
He has been scouted by Inter, Roma and Milan, apart from Juventus in the past. However, latest reports from Germany indicate that Bayer Leverkusen are in pole position to lure him away. Brentford have also been linked with him during the previous winter transfer window.
