Juventus Starlet Urged to Pledge His Future to Turin

Juventus icon Giorgio Chiellini has urged Turkish whizz-kid Kenan Yildiz to commit his future to Turin, praising his talent. In an interview with Sky Sport Italia, Chiellini spoke highly of the 19-year-old, insisting that staying at the Allianz Stadium is in the youngster’s best interest.

He is a special talent, and my advice is for him to renew his contract for another five years with Juventus,Chiellini said, as quoted by TMW.It is pretty simple in my mind, I think this is a growth process where he could get more space and play more.

I was fascinated by Kenan Yildiz from the very first day, I had heard good things and then saw him play for the second team. It had been many years since I saw someone like this in the Juventus youth academy.

Seeing how well he has developed and how happy he seems, there is no better place to keep growing. I don’t expect him to play every game, but he will get more consistency and has already done so much, the former Juventus captain concluded.

Yildiz’s contract at Juventus expires in 2027, but they’re poised to tie him down to a bumper new deal. The Bianconeri purchased the versatile forward from Bayern Munich academy in 2022. Massimiliano Allegri introduced the Turkish teenager to the first team in November 2023.

Since then, Yildiz has made 32 senior appearances for Juventus between Serie A and Coppa Italia, tallying four goals and one assist.
