He eventually joined Chelsea, but his spell in England isn’t going too well. Massimiliano Allegri is a huge fan and still wishes to sign him, La Gazzetta dello Sport informs.
The Senegalese transferred for €38M last summer, but it took him time to settle in. His performances haven’t always lived up to his reputation. He could be expendable if the Blues found other options.
If that were the case, Juventus would try to bring Koulibaly back to Italy for cheap, as Inter did with Romelu Lukaku. They’d look to orchestrate a season-long loan with a low option to buy. The center-back presently earns €10M per year and would have to settle for less, around €7M, in Turin.
