Juventus Trying to Repair Relationship with Their Curva

Juventus were helped by the spirited support of the Curva in the recent commanding win over Lazio. The Ultras decided to return to the Allianz Stadium after a long strike that started during the Andrea Agnelli era, Tuttomercatoweb informs.

The new course of the Old Lady is trying to patch things up with the fan groups, although more work needs to be done. That wasn’t the case last season, even though the embattled president had already been ousted.

The Juventus executives wish to restore the rapport with the Curva. It turned sour for a few reasons and even had legal ramifications. That led to a rather apathetic atmosphere during home games. The Stadium has no longer been the fortress it was for a while after its construction.

In any match, the club has to sign off on the request to bring banners, drums, and bullhorns. It happened in the past home game, but a season-long agreement hasn’t been struck yet.

The Curva has yet to announce whether they’ll attend the next Juventus home games, but there’s optimism it will indeed happen. The Bianconeri will host Lecce and Torino next. It’s hard to imagine the hardcore fans would want to miss out on the Derby, especially should the squad continue to perform as they have done so far.
