Juventus midfielder Leandro Paredes might just be playing his first and final season in the Bianconeri colors. The defensive pinhead has so far failed to impress during his time at Allianz Stadium, and it is unlikely that the club will make his move permanent or even extend his loan deal for that matter.
According to Tuttomercatoweb, the Argentine’s future seems to be increasingly distant from Turin and under the current conditions of his sub-par performances, a return to Paris Saint-Germain would be inevitable.
Paredes was recently praised by Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni. He also put up a superb cameo display against Poland in the group stages. However, he has garnered just 90 minutes of play time across two matches, albeit registering an assist.

It is certain that the ex-Roma and Empoli midfielder will have to earn his place under Massimiliano Allegri for the second half of the season. If not, Paredes is certain to head back to France to continue playing for PSG.
The 28-year-old’s contract in Paris expires in the summer of 2024.
