Juventus Will Listen to Offers for Two Prodigious Youngsters

Juventus are determined to take Atalanta playmaker Teun Koopmeiners to Turin this summer. But it will require a substantial financial effort, and the Bianconeri hope to raise funds from two crucial sales, says Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Giovanni Albanese.

Matias Soule and Dean Huijsen are the two exciting young prospects. But neither has a future at Juventus. Despite an impressive season-long loan at Frosinone, the Argentine forward could leave the Allianz Stadium for good in the coming months.

New Bundesliga champions Bayer Leverkusen have added the 21-year-old to their shortlist. The BayArena would be a perfect environment for the Juventus prodigy to fulfill his potential. Xabi Alonso’s tactical masterclass and propensity for working with young players would benefit Soule’s development.

While the amount Leverkusen would have to allocate to prise Soule out of Juventus remains uncertain, it could reportedly take around €30 million to convince the Bianconeri. An identical figure should do the trick in Huijsen’s case after the Turin giants deemed the talented defender surplus to requirements.

Huijsen joined Roma on a short-term loan in January and had a decent six months at the Stadio Olimpico. However, he will not stay in the capital permanently. Instead, he could continue his career away from not only Juventus but Serie A altogether.

Beaten Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund have set their sights on Huijsen. In addition to these two young guns, Juventus have put the likes of Filip Kostic and Samuel Iling-Junior on the chopping block.
